Cat Lee is a UX Designer based in NYC.
They find satisfaction in solving problems with designs that are more accessible and functional. They do this by striving to understand and empathize with users through process - from forming assumptions, to building prototypes to test ideas and making tangible changes with those findings. Always eager to integrate in agile teams, they continue to strengthen their skills in leading the design within projects. Cat earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. They changed over to UX design when they worked at Mckinsey creating quick prototypes for internal business pitches. With that experience, they moved into the Fintech because they saw it as an opportunity to learn more about investing, as well as a way to use their inexperience to help a lot of people since most retirement income is in the market.
